AN ACT to grant the leave of the Legislature to
the vestry of Zion Parish, in Prince George's
county, to dispose of their interest in the Bla-
densburg Episcopal parsonage and lot, in said
county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the vestry of Zion Parish, in1
Prince George's county, be and they are hereby
authorised and empowered to dispose of and convey
to the vestry of St. Matthew's Parish all their in-
terest, both legal and equitable, in and into the
Bladensburg Episcopal parsonage and lot, situated
in said county.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
CHAPTER 205.
|

AN ACT entitled, an act to amend the seventy-
seventh article of the Code of Public General
Laws, by amending the seventeenth section,
which provides for binding out children in the
House of Refuge, by authorising the Managers
to bind them, either in or out of the State; the
eighteenth section, which directs the manner of
receiving inmates thereto, by authorising the
Managers to receive the children of such parents
as may desire it; and the twenty-first and twen-
ty-second section, which appropriate and direct
the payment of a sum of money annually for the
support of the House of Refuge, by extending the
time for payment thereof.
