AN ACT granting the leave of the Legislature to
the bequest made by Hanson Penn, late of Prince
George's county, deceased, to Benjamin 0.
Loundes, in trust as declared in his last Will
and Testament.

|
Preamble.
|
WHEREAS, Hanson Penn, late of Prince George's
county, deceased, did by his last will and testament
bequeath unto Benjamin O. Loundes, the sum of one.
hundred dollars in trust to be expended by him or
such person as he may appoint for that purpose,
in the purchase of a communion service for the
benefit of Saint Luke's Church, situate in the
town or village of Bladensburg in Prince George's
county; Therefore,

to pay.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the leave of the Legislature is
hereby given and granted to the aforesaid bequest
and that Nicholas Carroll Stephen, the executor of
the said testator, forthwith pay said bequest as di-
rected by said last will and testament.
