AN ACT to change the name of William Henry
Hutton, of Washington county, to William
Henry Earhart.
|

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That from and after the passage of this act,
the name of Willian Henry Hutton, of Washington
county, be and the same is hereby changed to Wil-
liam Henry Earhart, and that he shall be at all
times and in all respects entitled to use the name
of William Henry Earhart, as if he had always
been called and known by that name.

AN ACT for the benefit of Brice Brown.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the county commissioners of
Carroll county, are hereby authorised and required
to levy upon the assessable property of said county
the sum of fifty dollars annually for the benefit of
Brice Brown.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
