WHEREAS, a Commission was appointed pursuant to this
Resolution and was re-appointed pursuant to Joint Resolu-
tion No. 4 of 1949; and
WHEREAS, because of the unusual magnitude of this task
and because of the limited time for the consideration of this
important subject at the Session of 1950, the said Commission
deems it best not to submit its proposed revision of the cor-
poration laws until the regular Session of 1951; now there-
fore be it
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Commission appointed to study and revise the general cor-
poration laws pursuant to the provisions of Joint Resolution
No. 4 of 1949, be and the same is hereby continued until the
General Assembly shall convene in 1951, the said Commission
being requested to submit the results of its work with its
recommendations to the Legislative Council on or before
October 1, 1950, if practicable, and to the General Assembly
at the beginning of its Session in 1951.

Resolution to continue the Commission on noxious fumes.
WHEREAS, the Governor of Maryland, pursuant to Joint
Resolution No. 16 as adopted in the Regular Session of 1949,
appointed the Commission on Noxious Fumes to study the
possible ill effects of industrial and other fumes upon the
health and welfare of the citizens of Maryland; and
WHERERAS, this Commission was appointed and spent sev-
eral months in its task; and
WHEREAS, because of the unusual magnitude of a study of
poisonous and noxious fumes, the Commission did not have
time prior to the Session of 1950 to make a thorough and in-
tensive study of the subject of noxious fumes; now therefore
