George County line; thence with the middle of the Patuxent
River, in a general southerly direction, 8.6 miles to where
the mouth of Lyons Creek enters the Patuxent; thence in a
northeast and easterly direction with the middle of Lyons
Creek and the Calvert County line, 4 miles to where the
middle of said Greek intersects the County Road leading from
Jewell to McKendree; thence with the Calvert County line,
Due South, 2.8 miles to where said line intersects the middle
of Hall Creeek; thence with Hall Greek in a southeasterly
direction, 0.95 miles; thence leaving the Creek and running
an easterly and Due East course with the Calvert County
line, 4 miles; thence in a southeasterly direction, 0.75 miles
to the shores of Chesapeake Bay; thence in an easterly
direction and at right angles to the county line between Tal-
bot and Anne Arundel counties, 4.45 miles to said Talbot
County line; thence with the same, in a northerly direction
in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay, 2.8 miles to the place of
beginning.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1950.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
110C. 4. of Article 66 1/2 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1947 Supplement) title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Motor
Vehicle Financial Responsibility", permitting lifting of
suspension of the license of any party to an accident when
a settlement agreeable to all parties has been reached.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section HOC. 4. of Article 66 1/2 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement) title "Motor Vehicles",
sub-title "Motor Vehicle Financial Resopnsibility", be and it
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
