SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That until all of the
Bonds issued under this Act have matured and been paid, the
County Commissioners of Allegany County shall annually
levy a tax upon the assessable property of Allegany County,
sufficient to pay the interest on the bonds outstanding and the
principal of the bonds maturing during the succeeding year.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That Chapter 727 of the
Laws of 1949 be and it is hereby repealed.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an acute emergency measure and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety,
and having been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by
three-fifths of all of the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
448 of the Code of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition),
being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Roads", AND
TO ADD A NEW SECTION TO SAID ARTICLE TO BE
KNOWN AS SECTION 448A AND TO FOLLOW IM-
MEDIATELY AFTER SECTION 448, RELATING TO
THE AREA KNOWN AS ARUNDEL-ON-THE-BAY AND
relating to the construction and improvement of certain
roads in Anne Arundel County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 448 of the Code of Anne Arundel County
(1947 Edition), being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title
"Roads", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
