all of the terms and conditions of said offering and sale
may be obtained and, in addition to publication of said sum-
mary notice in any newspaper having a general circulation
in Worcester County, said summary notice may likewise be
published in any journal having a circulation primarily
among bankers having an interest in the purchase and sale
of municipal securities.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted as aforesaid, That the
proceeds arising from any such borrowing and issuance of
note or notes, or certificate or certificates of indebtedness, as
aforesaid, shall be paid to the Tax Collector-City Clerk of
Snow Hill, who shall cause the same to be forthwith de-
posited in a depository used by said City and such funds so
deposited shall be disbursed only for the purposes enumerated
in the advertisement of the referendum on such issue and
upon vouchers duly approved by the Mayor and Council of
Snow Hill at any regular or special meeting thereof.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted as aforesaid, That the
note or notes, certificate or certificates of indebtedness
authorized hereby to be issued, and the interest paid thereon,
in the hands of the persons entitled thereto, from time to
time, shall be and remain exempt from all State, County
and municipal taxation of any kind or nature whatsoever in
the State of Maryland.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted as aforesaid, That in
order to provide for the payment of the principal and inter-
est of said note or notes, certificate or certificates of indebt-
edness, as and when the same shall respectively mature and
become payable, the City shall, in each fiscal year that any
such note or notes, certificate or certificates of indebtedness
is or are outstanding, levy upon all of the property subject
to assessment for taxation within the corporate limits of
said City ad valorem taxes sufficient in rate and amount to
provide in said fiscal year the money necessary to pay the
principal and interest maturities occurring in such year with
respect to such note or notes, certificate or certificates of
indebtedness then outstanding. Said taxes shall be levied
without regard to any limitation on the powers of taxation
of the City and shall have the same priority and lien and
shall be levied and collected in the same manner as other
City taxes are levied and collected, and the payment thereof
shall be enforced in the same manner as payment of other
City taxes is enforced.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted as aforesaid, That the
authority hereby conferred, unless previously exercised, shall
