The rules being suspended, Senator Della, for the Committee
on Judicial Proceedings, reported favorably, with amendment,

Senate Bill No. 5—By Senator Kimble:

Subject: "JUDICIARY DEPARTMENT", sub-title "PART I.
GENERAL PROVISIONS", RELATING TO THE FILLING OF
VACANCIES IN THE OFFICE OF ANY JUDGE IN THIS
STATE.

AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL No. 5

By the Committee.

In line 18 of Section 5, on page 1 of the printed bill, strike out
the following: "one year after".
