AFTER RECESS

At 4:40 o'clock P. M. the Senate resumed its session.
Present at roll call were the following members:

THIRD READING BILLS

The President laid before the Senate, bills for a third reading
as follows:

Upon motion of Senator Fraley and two-thirds of all the Senators-
elect, voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended by yeas
and nays as follows, and Senate Bill No. 8 was put upon its third
reading and final passage.
