MENTARY RETIREMENT BENEFITS TO RETIRED SCHOOL
TEACHERS IN BALTIMORE COUNTY.

The bill was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.
Messrs.—

President, Bailey, Balch, Barton, Beck, Carter, Davis, Della, Fraley,
Goldstein, Hoff, Hofferbert, Johnson, Guy, Johnson, T. F., Kimble, McAllister,
McLaughlin Monroe, O'Neill, Phoebus, Shallcross, Sothoron, Storm, Strom-
berg, Stromeyer, Thomas, Turnbull, White. Total—28

NEGATIVE—NONE.
The bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

Senator Turnbull asked that the rules be suspended in order to
report the following bill, and two-thirds of all the Senators-elect,
voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended by yeas and
nays as follows:

The rules being suspended, Senator Turnbull, for the Select
Committee, reported favorably,

Senate Bill No. 7—By Senator Turnbull:

Subject: "BALTIMORE COUNTY", sub-title "TITLE 15A,
LAW DEPARTMENT", ESTABLISHING A DEPARTMENT OF
LAW IN BALTIMORE COUNTY AND REPEALING POSITION
OF COUNSEL TO COUNTY TREASURER.

Favorable report adopted.

The bill was read the second time and ordered printed for its
third reading.

Upon motion of Senator Turnbull, and two-thirds of all the
Senators-elect, voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended
by yeas and nays as follows, and Senate Bill No. 7 put upon third
reading and final passage.
