Senator Turnbull asked that the rules be suspended in order to
report the following bill, and two-thirds of all the Senators-elect,
voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended by yeas and
nays as follows:

MENTARY RETIREMENT BENEFITS TO RETIRED SCHOOL

Favorable report adopted.

The bill was read the second time and ordered printed for its
third reading.

Upon motion of Senator Turnbull, and two-thirds of all the
Senators-elect, voting in the affirmative, the rules were suspended

third reading and final passage.
