from and may remand any case for the entering of a proper
order or for further proceedings; as the Court shall determine.
An appeal may be taken to the Court of Appeals of Mary-
land from any decision of the Circuit Court for Howard
County.

364. Any violation of the rules, regulations and restric-
tions adopted pursuant to this sub-title shall be a misde-
meanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed One Hundred Dol-
lars ($100.00). Any person who shall violate such rules,
regulations and restrictions shall be deemed guilty of a sepa-
rate offense for every day that such violation shall continue.
In addition to other remedies, the Zoning Commissioner may
institute any appropriate action or proceedings to compel
compliance with the Zoning regulations and restrictions
adopted pursuant to this sub-title.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts and parts
of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby
repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And by it further enacted. That in the event that
any part of this Act shall be found to be invalid by any court
of competent jurisdiction, the remaining parts of the Act
shall continue in full force and effect.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1948.

(Senate Bill 21)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
209 of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County", sub-title
"Galena", authorizing the Town Commissioners of Galena
to borrow certain sums of money and to give their promis-
sory note or notes therefor.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 209 of Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County",
sub-title "Galena", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

209. The Town Commissioners of said Town shall have the
power, in their discretion, to borrow from time to time such
