of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber
J. H. B. No. 225, folio 411.

34. To the legacies contained in the fourth paragraph of
the Last Will and Testament of Henrietta Pfaff, which Will
is recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 226, folio 376, etc., as follows:

(a) To the Sisters of Mercy in the City of Baltimore for
Mercy Hospital, the sum of f 3,000.00 and a distributive share
of the residue;

(b) To the Trustees of Epiphany Protestant Episcopal
Church, the balance of $3,613.46 owing by said legatee to the
testatrix, and a distributive share of the residue.

(c) To All Saints Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City
(Protestant Episcopal) the sum of $2,000.00 for St. Barb-
ara's Home, and the sum of $2,000.00 for St. Gabriel's Home,
and a distributive share of the residue.

(d) To the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church
of the Diocese of Maryland, the sum of $8,000.00 and a dis-
tributive share of the residue.

34. To the deed from Mary Agnes Murphy to Trustee of
Fulton Avenue Baptist Church of Baltimore City dated July
30, 1935, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5551, folio 575, of the property
known as No. 1835 W. Baltimore Street.

35. To the deed dated November 8, 1883, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber R. T. A.
No. 985, folio 81, from Young Men's Missionary Society of
the Franklin Square Baptist Church to Trustees of Fulton
Avenue Baptist Church of Baltimore City; and to the deed
from Henrietta E. Scribner, et al. to Trustees of Fulton
Avenue Baptist Church of Baltimore City dated November
2, 1885, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber J. B. No. 1071, folio 256, etc. conveying prop-
erty at the northeast corner of Baltimore Street and Fulton
Avenue.

36. To the bequest of $1,000 to the Evangelical and Re-
formed Synod of North American to be used for Foreign
Missions, as contained in the last will and testament of
August Rasche, said will being recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Dorchester County in Liber R. P. S.
No. 6, Folio 16.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1948.
