granted to the following gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales,
leases, conveyances and deeds, to and from certain persons
and bodies corporate to and for the use of certain ministerial
persons, religious and educational corporations, orders, de-
nominations and sects, and to certain charitable institutions
hereinafter named and as hereinafter set forth:

1. To deed from Mary Dodge Lewis, et al., to the vestry of
Norwood Parish of Montgomery County, Maryland, dated
April 11, 1939 and recorded August 8, 1940, in Liber No. 790
at folio 193 of the Land Eecords of Montgomery County, Mary-
land.

2. To deed from Balch Beall Wilson, Jr., et al., to the Vestry
of Norwood Parish of Montgomery County, Maryland, dated
September 7, 1946, and recorded September 25, 1946, in Liber
No. 1039 at folio 372 of the Land Records of Montgomery
County, Maryland.

3. To deed from Lila D. Wood, et vir., to the Vestry of
Norwood Parish of Montgomery County, Maryland, dated
June 11, 1946, and recorded September 25, 1946, in Liber No.
1039 at folio 377 of the Land Eecords of Montgomery County,
Maryland.

4. To deed from Mabel B. Dodge to the Vestry of Norwood
Parish of Montgomery County, Maryland, dated August 1,
1947, and recorded August 15, 1947, in Liber No. 1100 at folio
49, of the Land Eecords of Montgomery County, Maryland.

5. To deed from Helena Graham, et al., to the Vestry of
Norwood Parish of Montgomery County, Maryland, dated
August 12, 1947 and recorded August 15, 1947, in Liber No.
1100 at folio 50 of the Land Eecords of Montgomery County,
Maryland.

6. To the bequest of the balance from one thousand dollars
remaining after payment of funeral expenses and marker to
Saint Paul's Episcopal Church, Berlin, Maryland (Vestry of
Worcester Parish), to be invested by the proper church officials
and the income therefrom to be used for the sole purpose of
the general upkeep of the cemetery of said church, contained
in the Last Will and Testament of Clara E. Dirickson, late of
Berlin, Worcester County, Maryland, of record in the office
of the Eegister of Wills for Worcester County, Maryland, in
Will Book, Liber F. E. H. No. 23, folio 200.

7. To the devise of the remainder, after two certain life
estates which have been terminated, in the house and lot on
the northwest corner of Washington and Jefferson Streets, in
the Town of Berlin, County of Worcester, State of Maryland
