ing on any of the waters of the State permission to avail him-
self of the privilege of setting, erecting, or maintaining a booby,
brush, or stake blind in front of his property, provided he is
the owner, lessee, or licensee of the amount of shore frontage
as required by law.
50. TRESPASSING UNLAWFUL. It shall be unlawful for any
person to enter, use, or occupy any other person's booby,
brush, or stake blind which is licensed as provided for in this
sub-title for the purpose of hunting wild water fowl without
first obtaining permission from the licensee of said blind.
Any person violating any provision of this Section shall be
deemed guilty of trespass and be subjected to the penalty as
herein provided for other violations under this sub-title. The
prosecution of such offenders shall be made and proceedings
instituted by the licensee of said blind or blinds.
51. NIGHT HUNTING PROHIBITED. It shall be unlawful for
any person to hunt wild water fowl in the State of Maryland
at night-time in any manner whether from the shore or other-
wise. The words "night-time" shall be construed to mean the
time beginning with sunset until sunrise the following dayr
the time stated by the calendar of hour of sunrise and sunset.
And if it shall be proven that any person charged with hunting
wild water fowl between the hours of sunset and sunrise the
following day and that said person had a gun in possession on
the night in question, such fact shall be deemed prima facie
evidence of a violation of this Section.
It shall be unlawful to have in possession any light which
is used for hunting wild water fowl at night in or near the
vicinity of the feeding and resting grounds, and any such light
found in possession shall be prima facie evidence of intention
of a violation of this section, and shall be confiscated and
turned over to the Game Warden.
52. PUSHER'S LICENSE. It shall be unlawful for any person
for hire to push, paddle, or convey on the waters of this State
for the purpose of hunting, shooting, or killing rallidae or
rail, sora or reed birds without first procuring a license from
the Clerk of the Court of the County in which he resides, for
which he shall pay the sum of Two Dollars ($2. 00), and in
addition to the license fee so received the Clerk issuing same
shall collect and retain the sum of Fifty Cents (50^) in lieu
of all other compensations, two dollars ($2. 00) of said amount
to be forwarded to the Comptroller of the State the first of
each and every month to be placed to the credit of the State
Game Protection Fund. Each and every license shall expire
December 1 after date of issuance and every person obtaining
such license shall paint the license number on each side of the
