cured a hunter's license issued in conformance ^ith this Act,
be it the duty of the licensee to forward to the Commission at
Baltimore on a form attached to such license, or on a substi-
tute form containing like information if the original form has
been mislaid or lost, a report of all game birds and game
animals and fur-bearing animals killed by him, and he shall
send to the Commission the report card attached to said license
even though he did not kill any game stating "no kill".

Any licensee who shall take in any manner any game birds,
game animals, or fur-bearing animals, and who shall fail to
submit to the Commission the report of game birds, game
animals, or fur-bearing animals taken or killed by him as re-
quired by this Act shall pay to the Game and Inland Fish
Commission the sum of Two Dollars ($2. 00) or be arraigned
before a Justice of the Peace of this State for prosecution for
violation of this Section.

In case a person shall lose his hunter's license and tag, he
may make affidavit as to date of issuance, number, description
as provided therein, giving name of clerk or agent who issued
said license and with this information the Commission is
authorized to issue a duplicate hunting license and tag or
license or tag at the cost of Seventy-five Cents (75^). The Com-
mission is hereby authorized to issue annually, not to exceed
twenty (20) complimentary hunter's licenses and tags to the
following persons: (a) the Chief Executive of the United
States, (b) the Governor of any State, (e) to authorized
officials of the game and fish departments of other States.
Such licenses shall not be transferable and shall be issued
without fee on such form as the Commission may designate.

16. LICENSE TAG MUST BE DISPLAYED. Every license so is-
sued shall entitle the person to whom it is issued to Hunt game
which is protected by law in any county within the State at
any time during the lawful open season, provided that every
licensee while hunting as aforesaid shall have upon his person
the license referred to above and shall also display a tag bear-
ing his license number in figures at least one inch in height
fastened upon his outer garment at the center of its back and
between the shoulders in such manner that the figures are
visible at all times while thus hunting. The license must be
produced for the inspection of the Game Warden, deputy game
wardens, sheriffs, constables, or other officers or any land-
owner or tenant demanding to see it.

17. WHO MAY HUNT WITHOUT LICENSE. The owner of farm-
lands, his children, or tenants, or children of such tenants
residing on said farm lands shall, without procuring such
license, have the right to hunt said enumerated game during
