contained in the Last Wills and Testaments of certain per-
sons, deceased, and also to certain gifts, grants, sales, leases
and deeds made by various persons to and for the use and
benefit of sundry ministerial persons, religious corporations,
vestries, educational and charitable institutions, churches,
denominations or sects hereinafter named.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of said General Assembly
of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and
granted to the following gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales,
leases, conveyances and deeds, to and from certain persons
and bodies corporate to and for the use of certain ministerial
persons, religious and educational corporations, orders, denom-
inations and sects, and to certain charitable institutions here-
inafter named and as hereinafter set forth.

1. To the gift in remainder to the Vestry of St. David^s
Church, Baltimore, Md., contained in Item 9th of the Last
Will and Testament of Florence Carroll Chesnut, deceased,
late of Baltimore City, of record in the office of the Register
of Wills for said City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 203, folio 505.

2. To the gift to the Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore,
contained in Item XV of the Last Will and Testament of Julia
L. Snyder, deceased, late of Baltimore County, of record in
the office of the Register of Wills for said County, in Wills
Liber J. P. C. 37, folio 252.

3. To the gift to the Associated Professors of Loyola Col-
lege (Evergreen), contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Walter L. Clark, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record
in the office of the Register of Wills for said City, in Wills
Liber J. H. B. 203, folio 221.

4. To the gift to the Associated Jewish Charities of Bal-
timore City, contained in the Last Will and Testament of
Joseph Gottschalk, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record
in the Office of the Register of Wills for said City, in Wills
Liber J. H. B. 207, folio 514.

5. To the gift and contingent gift in remainder to the
Trustees of the Eutaw Place Baptist Church (called in Will
"Eutaw Place Baptist Church, of Baltimore Maryland"), con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament of Edward L. Robinson,
deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the Office of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B.
207, folio 490.

6. To the gift to the Jewish Home for Consumptives of
Baltimore, contained in the Last Will and Testament of
