diately after Section 702 of said Article, relating to licenses
with respect to pinball machines in Prince George's County,
making violations thereof misdemeanors and fixing penalties
therefor.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 830-834, inclusive, of Article 16 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland and Montgomery
County Code (1939 Edition), title "Montgomery County",
sub-title "Railroad Fares".
WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
applicable; therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 830-834, inclusive, of Article 16 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland and Montgomery
County Code (1939 Edition), title "Montgomery County" sub-
title "Railroad Fares", be and they are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act. shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 659.
(House Bill 750)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
223(e) and 224(e) of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Revenue and Taxes", sub-
title "Income Tax", and to add two new sections to said
Article, said new sections to be known as Sections 224(p)
and 246A, to follow immediately after Sections 224(o) and
246, respectively, of said Article; providing for certain
allowable exclusions or deductions from gross income, and
authorizing the Comptroller to adopt regulations postpon-
ing the time of performing certain acts by reason of war.
