of-way of the Washington Railway and Electric Company, the
place of beginning.

THIRD WARD—That portion of the Town bounded on the
north by the Northwest Branch of the Anacostia River, and
on the west by the center line of 34th Street from the center
line of the Northwest branch to the center line of Upshur
Street, formerly Dewey Street; thence in an easterly direc-
tion along the center line of Upshur Street, formerly Dewey
Street, to the point of intersection with 37th Street, for-
merly Wells Avenue; thence north along the center line of
37th Street, formerly Wells Avenue, to a point of intersec-
tion with Utah Avenue, formerly Henry Street; thence in
a southeasterly direction along the center line of Utah Street,
formerly Henry Street, to the point of intersection, with 38th
Street, formerly Prospect Avenue; thence north along the
center line of 38th Street, formerly Prospect Avenue, to the
Northwest Branch, the place of beginning.

FOURTH WARD—That portion of the Town bounded on the
north by the center line of Upshur Street, formerly Dewey
Street from Cedar Lane to the center of 37th Street, formerly
Wells Avenue; thence north along the center line of 37th
Street to a point of intersection with the center line of Utah
Avenue, formerly Henry Street; thence in a southeasterly
direction along the center line of Utah Avenue, formerly
Henry Street, to the point of intersection with the right-of-
way of the Washington Railway and Electric Company;
thence in a southewesterly direction along said right-of-way
to the point of intersection with the boundary of the Town of
Mt. Rainier; thence following the boundary of the Town of
Mt. Rainier in a northerly general direction to the intersec-
section with the center line of Upshur Street, formerly Dewey
Street the place of beginning.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.
