SEC. 3. And be It further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health 'and safety and having
been passed upon by yea and nay vote, supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of
the General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 66.

(House Bill 179)

AN ACT to repeal Section 90 of Article 6 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline
County", sub-title "Circuit Court", sub-heading "Law
Library", said section relating to fines to be paid to the
Caroline County Law Library Association.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 90 of Articled of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline County",
sub-title "Circuit Court", sub-heading "Law Library", be and
it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 67.

(House Bill 188)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 238
of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Orphans'
Courts", as said section was amended by Chapter 653 of the
Acts of 1941, increasing the compensation of the judges of
the Orphans^ Court for Wicomico County.
