(House Bill 283)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 99 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Water Fowl—
Birds and Game", sub-title "Susquehanna Flats", providing
for the licensing of booby, brush or stake blinds on a limited
and designated portion thereof, within Harford County, and
the shooting of wild water fowl therefrom.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
213 and 214 of Article 93 of the Code of Public General Laws
(1939 Edition), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Inven-
tory and List of Debts", and to add a new section to said
Article, said new section to be known as Section 214A and
to follow immediately after Section 214 of said Article re
lating to appointment of appraisers, Montgomery County
Orphans' Court.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 213 and 214 of Article 93 of the Code of
Public General Laws (1939 Edition), title "Testamentary
Law", sub-title "Inventory and List of Debts", be and they
are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and that
a new section be and it is hereby added to said Article, said
new section to be known as Section 214A and to follow im-
mediately after Section 214 of said Article and all to read
