the sale of the beverages defined in this Act at any time on
Sundays.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 421H of Article 13 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title, "Harford County", sub-title,
"Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks", be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:

421H. Licensees under this Act shall only sell, offer for
sale, or dispense in Harford County, the beverages defined in
this Act, between the hours of seven o'clock A. M. and midnight
on week days and shall not sell such beverages during any
other hours or at any time on Sundays. Nor shall said licensee
conduct nor permit dancing on Sundays. No beer or light wine
shall be permitted to be drunk on the premises of a licensee
after fifteen (15) minutes following the closing hours pre-
scribed in this Section.

CHAPTER 443.
(House Bill 275)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments Section 43
of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edi-
tion), title "Workmen's Compensation", sub-title "Occupa-
tional Diseases", to provide penalties for non-compliance
with rules and regulations of the State Department of
Health and the Commissioner of Health of Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 43 of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Workmen's Compensation",
sub-title "Occupational Diseases" be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

43. It shall be the duty of the State Department of Health,
and of the Commissioner of Health of Baltimore City, concur-
rently:

1. To receive reports of occupational diseases from physi-
cians who have knowledge of such cases.

2. To study occupational diseases and ways and means for
their control and prevention, and make the necessary rules
