books shall be given the same notice as those stricken there-
from for other causes under the town election laws.

After the new registration books are prepared as provided
herein, each voter, before being issued a ballot at the time
he first applies for same, will be required to sign his or her
name in the space provided in the books, or the registration
official shall sign his name for him if he is unable to write,
in which case the person whose name is signed shall make
his mark.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Sections 756, 762,
763 and 766 of Article 17 of the Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County", sub-
title "Mount Rainier", is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

756. The said Town of Mount Rainier shall be divided
for election purposes into four wards, and two voting pre-
cincts.

The first and the second wards shall comprise the First
Precinct. The third and fourth wards shall comprise the
Second Precinct.

First Ward: The First Ward shall embrace all of said
Town in the sub-divisions of Rhode Island Avenue First Ad-
dition to Mount Rainier; Rhode Island Avenue Second Addi-
tion to Mount Rainier; Funkhouser and Marshall's Sub-
division; the Yost Farm and Harricliff; and the boundaries
thereof shall be on the south the southern right of way of the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad to the boundary line between
Mount Rainier and Brentwood, on the north the boundary
line of the Town to Cedar Lane and a line from the east side
of Cedar Lane to the center of Cedar Lane, and on the west
the center line of Cedar Lane, the center line of Bunker Hill
Road, the center line of Thirty-fourth Street, and the District
of Columbia.

Second Ward: The Second Ward shall embrace the sub-
division of Edgemont; Rogers' Second Addition to Mount
Rainier; and that part of Pickford's sub-division within the
Town limits; and the boundaries thereof shall be on the east
the center line of Thirty-fourth Street, on the north the cen-
ter line of Bunker Hill Road, and on the southwest the Dis-
trict of Columbia.

Third Ward: The Third Ward shall consist of Mount
Rainier sub-division and Klein's Addition and the boundaries
thereof shall be on the east the center of Cedar Lane north
to a point opposite the dividing line between Mount Rainier
