374 " LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 346

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 229-238F, inclusive, of Article 8
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Cecil County", sub-title "Justices of the Peace
and Constables", Sections 238A-238F having been enacted
by Chapter 170 of the Acts of 1931, be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved March 31, 1943.

CHAPTER 345.
(Senate Bill 329)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 47-49, inclusive, of Article 8
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Cecil County", sub-title "Bridge Over
Sassafras River", relating to the use of the bridge over
the Sassafras River.

Whereas, the provisions of these sections are no longer
applicable or necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 47-49, inclusive, of Article 8 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Cecil County", sub-title "Bridge Over Sassafras
River", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved March 31, 1943.

(Senate Bill 330)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 50-54, inclusive, of Article 8
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Cecil County", sub-title "Bridge over
