SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sub-section (g) be and it is hereby added
to Section 3 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1939 Edition), title "Elections", sub-title "Super-
visors of Elections", as said section was amended by Chap-
ter 811 of the Acts of 1941, and to read as follows:

(g) The members of the Board of Supervisors of Elec-;
tions of Allegany County shall receive an annual salary of
Four Hundred Eighty Dollars ($480. 00), payable on the
order of the County Commissioners in equal monthly in-
stalments, and they shall receive no other compensation,,
emolument, pay or recompense of any kind whatsoever
for their services, including services rendered under Sec-
tion 240 of this Article.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 336.

(Senate Bill 284)

AN ACT to authorize the Board of County Commissioners
of Montgomery County to issue refunding bonds of the
County for the purpose of refunding outstanding bonds
of the county maturing between June 30, 1943, and
June 30, 1945; to provide for the refunding or exchange
•of any outstanding Montgomery County Bond Issues in
1943 and 1944; to provide for the payment of such re-
funding or exchanged bonds and interest thereon by the
levy of taxes upon all taxable property in the county,
and to validate such outstanding bonds.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Board of County Commissioners of
Montgomery County be and the said Board is hereby au-
thorized and empowered to issue at one time or from time
to time refunding bonds of said county in an amount not
exceeding $1, 337, 050. 00 for the purpose of refunding a like
amount of outstanding bonds of the county maturing be-
tween June 30, 1943, and June 30, 1945.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That said Board shall
