CHAPTER 325.
(House Bill 337)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
534 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Washington County", sub-title
"Jurors", as amended by Chapter 106 of the Acts of 1933, in-
creasing the compensation to be paid jurors.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 534 of Article 22 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County", sub-title "Jurors", as amended by Chapter 106 of
the Acts of 1933, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,,
with amendments, to read as follows:
534. The County Commissioners shall levy a sufficient
sum, in advance, to pay the jurors attending the Circuit Courtr
promptly at the close of each jury term thereof. Jurors shall
receive four ($4. 00) dollars per day for each and every day
they shall attend said Court, in addition to mileage as now
provided by law.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 326.
(House Bill 338)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
118 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Washington County", sub-title
"Crier and Doorkeeper"^ as said section was amended by
Chapter 115 of the Acts of 1933, increasing the compensa-
tion to be paid to bailiffs.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 118 of Article 22 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title Washington
County", sub-title "Crier and Doorkeeper", as said section
was amended by Chapter 115 of the Acts of 1933, be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as;
