Such certificate of age cards shall be issued on forms pre-
pared and supplied by the Commissioner of Labor and Statis-
tics, and shall contain the name, date of birth, and place of
residence of the minor to whom it is issued and such other
information as said Commissioner shall deem pertinent.
Upon the termination of the employment of any minor to
whom such a certificate of age card has been issued, the em-
ployer shall immediately, and in no case longer than twenty-
four hours thereafter, return to such minor any certificate of
age card which may have been turned over to the employer by
such minor.
Any minor who, with intent to deceive, uses as if it were
issued to him a certificate of age card issued to another minor,
and any minor, or parent, guardian, or custodian of any minor,
or any other person, who, with intent to deceive, changes or
alters, or aids in changing or altering any birth or other
record submitted as proof of age to obtain a certificate of age
card as hereinabove provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction shall be punished for each offense by a
fine of not more than twenty-five dollars.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 298.
(Senate Bill 314)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
49 of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Carroll County, " sub-title
"Election Districts, " relating to the number of election
districts in Carroll County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 49 of Article 7 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Car-
roll County, " sub-title "Election Districts, " be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
49. Carroll County is divided into fourteen election dis-
tricts, according to their present bounds and limits.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall:
take effect June 1, 1943.
