(Senate Bill 252)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 622 to 634 of Article 4 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore
City Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City", sub-
title "Immigrants. "

Whereas, the provisions of these sections have been
superseded by Federal laws and have also been held in-
valid by the United States Supreme Court; now therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 622 to 634 of Article 4 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City
Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title
"Immigrants, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 268,
(Senate Bill 269)

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commission-
ers of Calvert County to borrow upon the faith and credit
of said County a sum not to exceed Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($15, 000) and to issue coupon bonds there-
for for the acquisition of a site, construction of a public
school building at Huntington, and providing for the
levying of taxes necessary for the payment of such
bonds.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
