for allowing and paying bounties for the killing of hawks,
owls, crows, minks, foxes, wild-cats and other and like destruc-
tive and harmful wild animals and birds.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 59 and 60 of Article 7 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Carroll County", sub-title "Foxes".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 59 and 60 of Article 7 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Carroll County", sub-title "Foxes", be and they are here-
by repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 856 to 859, inclusive, of Article
4 of the Public Local Laws and Baltimore City Charter
(1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title "Nota-
ries Public, " said Sections relating to the appointment of
t Notaries Public in Baltimore City.

Whereas, Article 68 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition) provides generally for the appointment of
Notaries Public throughout the State, thereby making the
local law unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 856 to 859, inclusive, of Article 4
