CHAPTER 201.
(House Bill 306).
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
475 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County", sub-
title "Hyattsville", to change the corporate name.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 475 of Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County", sub-title "Hyattsville", be, and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
475. The citizens of the town of Hyattsville, in Prince
George's County, are hereby created a body corporate by the
name of "The Mayor and City Council of Hyattsville", with
all the powers and privileges of a body politic, corporate,
and by said corporate name may have perpetual succession,
sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded, in any Court of law
or equity; may have and use a common seal, may purchase
and hold real, personal and mixed property, and sell and
dispose of the same for the benefit of the town.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
505 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County", sub-
title "Hyattsville", as the same was amended by Chapter
274 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1935, relating to
the meetings and quorum of the Mayor and Common Council
of Hyattsville.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 505 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County", sub-title "Hyattsville", as the same was amended by
Chapter 274 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1935, be,
