AN ACT to repeal Sections 394-396, inclusive, of Article 2
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Anne Arundel County, " sub-title
"Notaries Public".

Whereas, Article 68 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), authorizes the appointment of Notaries
Public without any limitations; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 394-396, inclusive, of Article 2 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Notaries
Public, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
18 of Article 72 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), title "Oysters", sub-title "Time for Tak-
ing Oysters", making it lawful to sell seed oysters or to
bring same into the State for planting purposes.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 18 of Article 72 of the Annotated
