persons in the insured's employ or in his behalf of motor ve-
hicles not owned by the insured.

125. TRANSFER AFTER SUSPENSION OF REGISTRATION. This
Article shall not prevent the owner of a motor vehicle, the
registration of which has been suspended hereunder, from
effecting a bona fide sale of such motor vehicle to another per-
son whose rights or privileges are not suspended under this
Article nor prevent the registration of such motor vehicle by
such transferee, except where a transfer or sale of a motor
vehicle has been accomplished for the purpose of defeating the
purposes of this Article. The person or persons responsible for
such a violation shall upon conviction be fined not less than
One Hundred ($100. 00) dollars nor more than One Thousand
($1, 000. 00) dollars or may be imprisoned for not less than
thirty (30) days nor more than one (1) year or may be both
so fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the court.

126. PERSONS MAY SUBSTITUTE PROOF, (a) Any form of
proof, as defined in this Article, may be offered in lieu of
or in substitution for any other form previously accepted by
the Department or the Public Service Commission as the case
may be.

(b) When the Department or the Public Service Commis-
sion as the case may be, accepts a form of proof in lieu of
or in substitution for any other form previously accepted,
the previously accepted proof shall be promptly released by
the Department or the Public Service Commission as the case
may be.

127. SUBSTITUTION OF PROOF MAY BE REQUIRED, (a) When-
ever the Department or the Public Service Commission
as the case may be, concludes that any form of proof
previously accepted as evidence of financial responsibility
under this Article no longer fulfills the purpose for which it
was acquired, the Department or the Public Service Commis-
sion as the case may be, shall require other proof to be filed
in lieu of or in substitution for such previously filed proof.

(b) Pending the filing of proof required in lieu of or in
substitution, the Department or the Public Service Commis-
sion as the case may be, may suspend the operator's license
or chauffeur's license of the person concerned, together with
all permits, registration certificates and registration plates
issued to said person.

128. WHEN PROOF MAY BE RELEASED. The Department
or the Public Service Commission as the case may be, upon
