93. COURTS TO FORWARD REPORT OF CONVICTIONS. Every
Clerk of the Court, Trial Magistrate and Justice of the Peace
having jurisdiction over offenses committed under this Article,
or any other Act of this State regulating the operation of
motor vehicles on highways, shall forward to the Department
a record of the conviction of any person in said Court, Trial
Magistrate or before such Justice of the Peace, for a violation
of any said laws, and any Judge, Trial Magistrate and Justice
of the Peace may recommend the suspension of the operator's
or chauffeur's license of the person so convicted.

94. MANDATORY REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF LICENSE BY
DEPARTMENT. The Department shall forthwith revoke or
suspend the license of any operator or chauffeur upon receiv-
ing a record of such operator's or chauffeur's conviction of any
of the following offenses, when such conviction has become
final:

1. Manslaughter or negligent homicide resulting from the
operation of a motor vehicle;

2. Driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of in-
toxicating liquor or a narcotic drug;

3. Any felony in the commission of which a motor vehicle
is used;

4. Failure to stop and render aid as required under the laws
of this State in the event of a motor vehicle accident resulting
in the death or bodily injury of another;

5. Perjury in the making of a false affidavit or statement
under oath to the Department under this Article or under any
other law relating to the ownership or operation of motor
vehicles;

6. Turning off lights of motor vehicle to avoid identification.

95. AUTHORITY OF DEPARTMENT TO CANCEL,, SUSPEND OR
REVOKE LICENSE, (a) The Department is hereby authorized
to cancel any operator's or chauffeur's license upon determin-
ing that the licensee was not entitled to the issuance thereof
hereunder or that said licensee failed to give the required or
correct information in his application or committed any fraud
in making such application.

(b) Upon such cancellation, the licensee must immediately
surrender to the Department the license so cancelled and any
chauffeur's badge issued by the Department.

(e) The Department is hereby authorized to suspend the
license of an operator or chauffeur without preliminary hear-
