CLASS E. Commercial motor vehicles for hire with three
axles and equipped with pneumatic tires, electrically operated,
shall be divided into six classes based upon the gross shipping
weight of the chassis and battery as given and certified to
by the manufacturer, and the fee for each class shall be as
follows:

Nothing in this section shall be construed to repeal or amend
the law prescribing the fees to be paid by freight motor ve-
hicles operating for hire with a permit from the Public Serv-
ice Commission.

CLASS F. SOLID TIRES. For each motor vehicle equipped
wholly or in part with solid tires propelled by other than in-
ternal combustion engines and having a rated carrying capac-
ity of
