the manufacturer and the fees for each class shall be as fol-
lows:

CLASS C. Commercial motor vehicles for hire with three
axles and equipped with pneumatic tires, other than those
electrically operated, shall be divided into six classes based
upon the gross shipping weight of the chassis as given and
certified to by the manufacturer and the fees for each class
shall be as follows:

CLASS D. Commercial motor vehicles for hire with two axles
and equipped with pneumatic tires, electrically operated, shall
be divided into six classes based upon the gross shipping
weight of the chassis and battery, as given and certified to by
the manufacturer, and the fee for each class shall be as follows:
