be necessary to pay the salaries of the members, deputies and
other employees of the Board of Assessment, the costs of publi-
cation and automobiles herein authorized, supplies, equipment,
stationery, and all other expenses necessary to carry out the
purposes of this Act.
190J. Nothing in this sub-heading shall be construed to
reduce or restrict the authority of the Board of County Com-
missioners under any provision of the general law of Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That, except as elsewhere
provided in this Act, all Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent
with the provisions of this Act be and they are hereby repealed
to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Mont-
gomery County", sub-title "Circuit Court", said new section
to be known as Section 128A, and to follow immediately
after Section 128 of said Article, relating to rules of practice
and admission before the Courts of Montgomery County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be, and it is hereby added to Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1939 Edi-
tion), title "Montgomery County", sub-title "Circuit Court"v
said new section to be known as Section 128A, and to follow
immediately after Section 128 of said Article, and to read as
follows:
128A. The Circuit Court for Montgomery County is hereby
authorized and empowered to make rules of court relating to
practice before said court and relating to admission of at-
torneys to practice before said court, and the Circuit Court is
authorized and empowered to license attorneys to practice
before the Circuit Court for Montgomery County and fix a fee
for the issuance of such license in an amount not less than
