payment of all debts contracted for materials furnished for
or about the same, including the sodding, seeding or plant-
ing in or about the premises of any shrubs, trees, plants,
flowers or nursery products of any kind or description and the
grading, filling and landscaping thereon. Provided, that in
Baltimore City no building erected, repaired, rebuilt, or im-
proved shall be subject to a lien for the payment of labor or
material for the planting, sodding, seeding of any nursery
product, including shrubs, trees, plants, flowers or grading or
filling or for any type of landscaping work.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted,, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 983.
(House Bill 521)

AN ACT to add five new sections to Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County", to be under a new sub-title "Trailers", said
new sections to be known as Sections 486A, 486B, 486C, 486D
and 486E and to follow immediately after Section 486 of said
Article, relating to the licensing of trailers in Anne Arundel
County, prescribing penalties for violation, authorizing
agreements with the United States of America or any agency
thereof for fixed annual sums in lieu of license fees, and
defining the term "trailer".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That five new sections be and they are hereby added to
Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Law? of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Anne Arundel County", to be under a new
sub-title "Trailers", said new sections to be known as Sections
486A, 486B, 486C, 486D and 486E and to follow immediately
after Section 486 of said Article, and all to read as follows:

TRAILERS.

486A. On and after June 15, 1943, it shall be unlawful for
any person, firm or corporation to maintain, reside in or
operate in Anne Arundel County any trailer used or to be used
in the habitation or living quarters of any person or persons,
without having secured a license for the maintenance of each
such trailer from the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne
