(b) To the Protestant Episcopal Church of St.
Michael and All Angels in the City of Baltimore with the
request that the income therefrom be used for the work of
the Church Choir, after first setting aside a modest sum to
furnish flowers for the altar annually, 1/lOth of l/10th of
estate.

(e) To the Church Literature Foundation, Inc. in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to be added to the endowment of the
Living Church Periodical, l/10th of l/10th of estate.

(d) To the Rev. H. W. Foreman of Clinton, N. Y.,
$100.00.

126. To a bequest of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) to
the Vestry of Mount Calvary Church, Baltimore, Incorpo-
rated, to be used for the saying of masses for the repose of
the soul of the testator, and to a bequest of the rest, resi-
due and remainder of the estate to the Vestry of Mount
Calvary Church, Baltimore, Incorporate!, contained in the
Last Will and Testament of John Eathbone Oliver, dated
November 28th, 1934, and recorded among the records of
the Register of Wills for Baltimore City.

127. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Frances Stuart, late of Baltimore
City, said Will being dated January 13th, 1940, and recorded
among the records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
City, viz.:

(a) To the Associated Professors of Loyola Col-
lege in the City of Baltimore, Inc.

English hall clock
Automobile

One-h£ilf of the rest and residue of estate, of every
kind and description, and wheresoever situate.

(b) To St. Ignatius' Catholic Church, Baltimore,
Maryland, One-half of One per cent of estate.

(e) To St. Vincent's Catholic Church, Berkeley
Springs, W. Va., One-half of One percent of estate.

(d) To the Woodstock College of Baltimore
County, Maryland, one-half of the rest and residue of es-
tate, of every kind and description, and wheresoever situate.
