122. To a bequest of one-fifth of the rest and residue of
the decedent's estate to the Vestry of Emmanuel Church,
in Baltimore City, contained in the Will of Charles McHenry
Howard, dated February 21st, 1938, and codicil dated Feb-
ruary 21st, 1938, 'and recorded among the records of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore City, in Wills Liber J. H. B.
206, Folio 305.

123. To a bequest of "a sufficient sum to put in perpetual
care, the two Goldsborough lots and the two Stump lots
adjoining, located in the Cemetery of St. Thomas' Church
at Garrison Forest" to the Vestry of St. Thomas' Church,
contained in the Last Will and Testament of Mary S. Golds-
borough, said Will being dated December 18th, 1933, and
codicil being dated November 2nd, 1939, and recorded among
the records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City.

124. To a bequest of the rest and residue of decedent's
estate of every kind and description whatsoever, to the fol-
lowing viz.:

(a) Volunteer Hospital of America.

(b) The Inasmuch Mission,

(e) Fresh Air Society.

(d) Salvation Army.

Contained in the Will of Isabel G. H. Brown, dated January
22nd, 1935, codicil dated August 9th, 1938, Wills Liber
J. H. B. 208, Folio 87.

125. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Charles Fiske, late of Baltimore City,
said Will being dated March 19th, 1941, and recorded among
the records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in
Wills Liber J. H. B. 205, Folio 147, viz.:

(a) To the Domestic and Foreign Missionary So-
ciety of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the United
States of America, the same to be known as the Bishop
Fiske Fund, and the income thereof to be paid annually to
the Church Soeiety for College Work for its work among
students, 3/4th of l/10th of estate.
