60. To deed dated July 9, 1926 from Elmer W. Wagner
et al to The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Our Saviour
of Lansdowne, Maryland, of property in Baltimore County,
known as Lots Nos. 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50 and 51, 52, 53, 54,
55, 56, 57 and 58 in Block 2 in C. W. Hull's subdivision of
Joshua, which deed is recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C., No. 635, Folio 154.

61. To deed dated June 10, 1929 from Ralph C. Robin-
son, et al Trustee to Evangelical Lutheran Church of Our
Saviour of Lansdowne, Maryland, of property in Baltimore
County known as Lots Nos. 41, 42, 43 and 44 in Block 2
of C. W. Hull's subdivision of Joshua, which deed is recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber L.
McL. M., No. 830, Folio 58.

62. To the following bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament and Second Codicil thereto of Ernest A.
Robbins, Jr., deceased, late of Camden, Knox County, Maine,
of record in Volume 180, page 171, in the Office of the Reg-
ister of Probate of Knox County, Maine;

(a) To the Brown Memorial Church of the City
of Baltimore, for an appropriate stained glass memorial
window to be installed in the Church edifice in loving mem-
ory of my beloved Father and Mother, Ernest Ames Robbins
and Emily Stevenson Robbins, Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00).

63. To bequest contained in Last Will and Testament of
Harriet I. Ridgely, late of Baltimore County, Maryland, de-
ceased, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore County, in Wills, Liber J. P. C., No. 37, Folio 9:

(a) To Congregation of the Chapel of the Holy
Comforter, Lutherville, Maryland.

64. To bequest contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Elizabeth G. Ring, late of Baltimore County, Maryland,
deceased, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore County, in Wills, Liber J. P. C., No. 37, Folio
121;

(a) To St. Timothy's Church, Catonsville, Balti-
more County, Maryland.
