(d) To a bequest of one fourth of the residue of
said estate, unto the Reverend Edwin L. Leonard, Director
of St. Vincent's de Paul Society, and his successor in office
as Director.

56. To the bequests contained in the Will of Ella J.
Lawrence, recorded in Liber C. H. B., No. 1 f, 531, etc., viz:

(a) Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of Baltimore,
a corporation sole, and his successor in office for the use of
St. Peters' Catholic Church at Libertytown in Frederick
County, Maryland;

(b) Frederick Academy of the Visitation of
Frederick City, Maryland, a body corporate;

(e) To Sisters of Bon Secours whose mother
house is now located at No. 2000 West Baltimore St., in
Baltimore City, Maryland;

(d) To Notre Dame Academy of Frederick
County, a body corporate of the State of Maryland, situated
at Libertytown in Frederick County, Maryland.

57. To deed dated January 16, 1941 from Charles J.
Dobler and wife to The Salem Hebrew Lutheran Mission
of Baltimore City, Incorporated, of property known as No.
2214 Mayfield Avenue, which deed is recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P., No. 6176,
Folio 99.

58. To deed dated March 2, 1942, from The Eastern
States Mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day
Saints to Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church
of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, a corporation sole of
property in Baltimore City at the southwest intersection of
the southwest side of Mayfield Avenue and the southeast
side of Kenly Avenue, which deed is recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P., No. 6305,
Folio 530.

59. To deed dated February 24, 1917 from Charles W.
Hull and wife to Arthur C. Schultz, et al Trustees of Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Our Saviour of property in Bal-
timore County known as Nos. 41, 42, 43 and 44 in Block 2
in C. W. Hull's subdivision of Joshua, which deed is recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W.
P. C., No. 480, Folio 402.
