1626 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 959

late of Baltimore City deceased, duly probated and filed for
record in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City and recorded in Liber J. H. B. No. 205, Folio No. 147,
wherein the testator bequeathed one-tenth (l/10th) of one-
tenth (l/10th) of the rest and residue of his estate unto the
Protestant Episcopal Church of St. Michael and All Angels
in the City of Baltimore.

2. To the bequest contained in Item 22 of the Last Will
and Testament of Elizabeth D. Johnson, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, duly probated and filed in the office of Regis-
ter of Wills of Baltimore City and recorded in Liber J. H. B.
No. 205, Folio No. 235, wherein the testatrix bequeathed
unto the Church of St. Michael and All Angels the sum of
Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00).

3. To the devise and bequest contained in the fifth clause
of the Last Will and Testament of Alexander W. Weems,
late of Baltimore City, deceased, duly probated on March 7,
1922, and filed in the office of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more City in Liber H. W. J. No. 140, Folio No. 424, etc.,
wherein three-sixths (3/6ths) of the rest and residue of
the Testator's estate was devised and bequeathed unto the
Vestry of St. Michael and All Angels Protestant Episcopal
Church in Baltimore City, free and discharged from all
trusts.

4. To the bequest contained in Item Three of the Last
Will and Testament of Augusta E. Grimes, late of Baltimore
City deceased, duly probated and filed in the office of Regis-
ter of Wills of Baltimore City on August 24, 1942 and
recorded in Liber J. H. B. No. 207, Folio No., wherein
the Testatrix bequeathed unto the Vestry of the Church of
St. Michael and All Angels, Baltimore City, State of Mary-
land, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000. 00).

5. To deed from Andred J. Boschert and wife to Board
of Managers of The Dolan Childrens' Aid Society, No. 3011
Linwood Avenue, Baltimore County, Md. Ground Rent of
$90. 00, recorded in Liber C. W. B. Jr., No. 1175, Folio 184,
etc., one of the Land Records of Baltimore County and ex-
amined per E. Willing Browne, Jr.

6. To deed from T. Carroll Shane and wife to Dolan
Childrens' Aid Society, No. 3139 Abell Avenue, Baltimore,
Md. Ground Rent $75. 00, recorded in Liber M. L. P., No.
6356, Folio 180, etc., one of the Land Records of Baltimore
City.
