AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
372 of Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County, " sub-
title "Roads, " relating to the appointment of the County
Road Superintendent for Somerset County.

CHAPTER 942.

(Senate Bill 585)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 213-219 of Article 20 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Somerset County", sub-title "Justices of the
Peace", said sections relating to the number of justices
of the peace and constables for the several election dis-
tricts in Somerset County and to the jurisdiction of said
justices.

WHEREAS, the general law of the State and particularly
the law creating the Trial Magistrates System has made
these provisions unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 213-219 of Article 20 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset
County", sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables",
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

30 of Article 2B of the Code of Public Local (1) Laws of
Maryland, title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Two

issuance of Licenses.
