1606 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 934

. Trial Magistrates of Wicomico County shall, after April 8,
1936, have civil jurisdiction in all cases hereinbefore men-
tioned in this section of this Article instituted after April 8,
1936, and involving amounts not exceeding three hundred
dollars. Trial Magistrates of Prince George's County shall,
after May 18, 1937, have civil jurisdiction in all cases here-
inbefore mentioned in this section of this Article instituted
after May 18, 1937, and involving amounts not exceeding
two hundred and fifty dollars. Trial Magistrates of Queen
Anne's and Somerset Counties shall, after June 1, 1937,
have civil jurisdiction in all cases hereinbefore mentioned
in this section of this Article instituted after June 1, 1937,
and involving amounts not exceeding two hundred dollars.

Trial Magistrates of Worcester, Dorchester, Charles,
Frederick, Harford, Talbot, Washington, St. Mary's, Kent,
Caroline and Anne Arundel Counties shall, after June 1,
1941, have civil jurisdiction in all cases hereinbefore men-
tioned in this section instituted after June 1, 1941, and
involving amounts not exceeding two hundred dollars.

Trial Magistrates of Montgomery County shall, after
June 1, 1941, have civil jurisdiction in all cases herein-
before mentioned in this section of this Article, instituted
after June 1, 1941, and involving amounts not exceeding
three hundred dollars.

Trial Magistrates of Allegany County shall, after June 1,
1943, have civil jurisdiction in all cases hereinbefore men-
tioned in this section of this Article, instituted after June 1,
1943, and involving amounts not exceeding three hundred
dollars.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1. 1943.

CHAPTER 934.
(Senate Bill 575)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 73B of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Pensions",
said new section to be known as Section 4A, and to fol-
low immediately after Section 4 of said Article, relating
to the benefits under the Employees Retirement System
of employees of the Morgan State College.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
