CHAPTER 931.
(Senate Bill 572)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 703-719, inclusive, of Article 17
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Prince George's County", sub-title
4'Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks", said sections relating
to the sale of intoxicating liquors in Prince George's
County.

WHEREAS, The general laws relating to the sale of alco-
holic beverages seem to make these sections unnecessary;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly o j Maryland,
That Sections 703-719, inclusive, of Article 17 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County", sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicat-
ing Drinks", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-
section (a) of Section 119 of Article 23 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Corporations",
sub-title "Foreign Corporations", relating to suits
against foreign corporations.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub-section (a) of Section 119 of Article 23 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Cor-
porations", sub-title "Foreign Corporations", be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

119. (a) Every foreign corporation doing intrastate
or interstate or foreign business in this State shall be sub-
ject to suit in this State by a resident or non-resident of
this State on any cause of action arising out of such busi-
