(Senate Bill 186)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 719 and 720 of Article 11 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Registration
and Elections, " said sections relating to the compensa-
tion and examinations of judges and clerks of elections
in Frederick County.

Whereas, Sections 12 and 162 of Article 33 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition) adequately cover
the provisions of these sections; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 719 and 720 of Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Registration and Elec-
tions, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
105 of Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Garrett County, " sub-
title "County Commissioners, " as said section was
amended by Chapter 286 of the Acts of 1939, authoriz-
ing the County Commissioners of Garrett County to
borrow money on uncollected taxes after March 1st each
