to such payments from the United States.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall

CHAPTER 162.

(Senate Bill 162)

AN ACT to authorize the Commissioners of Sudlersville
to sell the municipal building and lot, known as the "Cox
Hall Property. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Commissioners of Sudlersville be and
they are hereby authorized to sell, at private sale, to the
Sudlersville Fire Company, Incorporated, the property,
known as the "Cox Hall Property, " the proceeds from the
sale of said property to be paid into the general funds
of the* town.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 739 and 740 of Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County, " sub-title "Swine and Geese, "
said sections relating to the killing of swine, geese and
poultry in New Market and Liberty.

Whereas, the provisions of these sections are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 739 and 740 of Article 11 of the
