fee of fifty cents (50c) for the issuance of each such li-
cense, and who shall remit to the County Commissioners
for Anne Arundel County the remainder of such fees, to
be devoted to the general purposes of the County.

(e) "Special Sunday Licenses" shall expire on April 30th
of each year, and may be renewed in the same manner as
other licences for the sale of alcoholic beverages under this
Article. "Special Sunday Licenses" issued under the pro-
visions of this Act shall not be Construed to be "special
licenses" under the provisions of Section 27 of this Ar-
ticle.

(f) The granting of a "Special Sunday License" in addi-
tion to a license of any other class, to the same licensee,
shall not be deemed to be in conflict with the provisions
of Section 30 of this Article.

(g) "Special Sunday Licenses" may be suspended or
revoked by the Board of License Commissioners for Anne
Arundel County, for any violation of the provisions of
this Article, applicable to Anne Arundel County, for the
violation of which provision, other licenses may be revoked
or suspended. Provided, however, that whenever any other
license held by the holder of a "Special Sunday License"
is suspended or revoked, in such case the "Special Sunday
License of such licensee must likewise be suspended or
revoked.

(h) The Board of License Commissioners for Anne
Arundel County, on its own initiative or upon the written
complaint of ten or more citizens, residents, real estate
owners and voters of the precinct in which any licensed
place of business is situated, which is operating under a
"Special Sunday License", or upon the complaint of any
officer of the peace or inspector employed by the Board of
License Commissioners for Anne Arundel County, that
the operation of such licensed place 'under a "Special Sun-
day License" unduly disturbs the peace and quiet of the
community in which said licensed place of business is
located, may, after a hearing upon such complaint, notice
of which hearing shall be given to the licensee at least ten
days before such hearing, revoke or suspend said "Special
Sunday License".

(i) Nothing in Section 47 of this Article shall be con-
strued to prohibit any person who holds any other class
of alcoholic beverage license issued by the Board of License
Commissioners for Anne Arundel County from obtaining
a "Special Sunday License".
