CHAPTER 157.
(Senate Bill 64)

AN ACT to repeal Section 6 of Article 100 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Work—Hours of,
in Factories", sub-title "Employment of Minors".

WHEREAS, the provisions of Section 6 of Article 100, as
enacted by Chapter 731 of the Acts of 1912, have been super-
seded by Section 4 of said Article, as amended by Chapter 222
of the Acts of 1916, and are no longer applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 6 of Article 100 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title -"Work—Hours of, in Fac-
tories", sub-title "Employment of Minors", be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be It further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 158.
(Senate Bill 72)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 76 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Publication of
Laws, " said new section to be known as Section 9 and to
follow immediately after Section 8 of said Article, provid-
ing for the filing of rules and regulations adopted by any
officer, board or commission.
