(Senate Bill 477)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 349-364, inclusive, of Article 6
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Justices of
the Peace and Constables", said sections relating to Jus-
tices of the Peace and Constables for the several Election
Districts in Caroline County.

Whereas y the state law relating to Justices of the Peace
and Constables, and particularly the Trial Magistrates'
System, have superseded the provisions of these sections;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 349-364, inclusive, of Article 6
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Justices of the
Peace and Constables", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1. 1943.
